- Experience in Loan Origination, Management modules

- Experience of requirement gathering & Documentation of FSD and BRD for Loan Product implementation

- Good understanding of Accounting & Finance

- Should have analytical bent of mind to approach the solution in every possible manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on various activities whilst maintaining standards and guidelines

- Should enjoy collaborating with a team but will have the ability to work independently

- Passionate about Testing and Test Driven Development
