3F Oil Palm - Business Development Executive

3F Oil Palm is looking to hire a Business Development Executive, to work directly with the VP. We currently works in palm oil collection and manufacturing through contract farming in 7 states. We have created a growth objective to become a billion dollar company by 2030. In order to achieve this, we are looking to execute the following:

- Increase area under palm oil cultivation - We need to set up business models for several technology initiatives to quality land expansion at a fast pace. We also need to come up with innovative ways to convince farmers to grow palm oil, and to empower field-level employees in order to have them make a superior pitch to farmers, and once converted, in order to conduct farm maintenance activities more effectively.

- Expand internationally - We have signed an MoU with the government of Gabon, and need to start preparing the full-fledged business plan, including funding strategy with investment bankers, to a deeper market study, We need someone to be able to get the ball rolling on this.

- New Products - We want to move downstream to create value added products out of palm oil and also explore becoming a manufacturer of fertilizers - business plans/strategy for the same need to be created

Salary Range: 10 - 20 LPA
