Sales Head (Orthodontic/Dental Vertical)

About Us :

A start-up in the field of Additive Manufacturing with a special interest in healthcare. The technology base of our company is Rapid Prototyping / 3D printing. The company has ambitious & aggressive plans with a vision to be a major player in this segment. Subsidiary of the ADOR Group - (established in 1908 with its core businesses in Industrial Products & Services).

Position Purpose :

To establish a new business line in the retail orthodontic / dental market segment in India through an innovative product and service solution. Drive market entry through disruption of traditional pricing and distribution chain mechanisms. The responsibility will include establishing a Greenfield operation & team. Target is to grow the Dental vertical from Zero to INR 25 Cr. in 3 years.

Areas of Responsibility :

- Structure the sales entity / vertical for delivery of the Position Purpose

- Recruit, train and deploy a new team comprising Sales, Marketing, Distribution and management of information to and from various retail dentists- clinics.

- Work alongside the Chief Experiential Manager to create a sustainable competitive advantage by creating a product offering like none available in the market at the moment.

Education :

Post Graduate Business Degree from a pedigree institution, preferably MBA. Medical or engineering undergraduate degree preferred

Essential Skills & Knowledge :

- Marketing / Selling / Channel Management Experience in either of the following Verticals / Industries (on Regional / National Level in India)

Dental

Healthcare Products

Cosmetics / Beauty Products

FMCG

Medical

- Previous experience in handling approx INR 20 Cr as a direct responsibility either as a sales target or as a P&L

Key Achievements :

- Establish business from a zero base, providing world class quality products and service in a ruthlessly cost efficient environment

- Achieve INR 25 Cr. in 3 years through implementing an innovative sales channel with a disruptive focus to change the market.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge :

- Retail sales and channel experience in India

- Establishing a team & developing the Sales Organization

- Personal Values - Execution oriented, logical in thought, financially motivated, inquisitive, down to earth, good self-understanding, can defer to others, decisive, able to balance conflicting demands through process improvements

- Manager - Creative thinker, willing to think out of the box
