Your Mission:

As a Business Analyst at 360F, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic analysis and problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, workflows, and systems.

- Document and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and strategies.

- Perform API testing using Postman to validate API functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) for functionality, UI/UX to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support resolution of issues and defects.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and project management.

Your Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with other testing tools and methodologies such as Postmap.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of cloud technologies and services.

Good to have:

- Actuarial experience or prior experience in Life Insurance or Financial Wealth Planning platforms.
