Job Description - Resource Manager

1. Work with Account Managers, Delivery Head and Founders to identify and gather appropriate resource requirement for each account and project.

2. Plan and ensure requirements fulfillment via. Bench/recruitment team.

3. Maintain monthly skillset of all resources.

4. Ensure relevant candidatures in appropriate format basis the requirements are shared with Account Managers.

5. Maintain all client interactions records for each resource including their feedbacks.

6. Coordinate with TLs and HR-Ops to take appropriate measure for bench utilization.

7. Manage bench weekly by gathering information from delivery heads, timesheets, account managers and Hr-Ops.

8. Keep a track on all contract renewals and mid-contract offboarding's.

9. Plan internal movements and track bench utilization.

10. Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with Delivery Heads to address and solve those issues.

11. Actively propose pool resources for Cross-skill trainings.

12. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities & plan fulfillment too.

13. Work for process improvisations & enhancement for effective resource management.

14. Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current resources in the organization.

15. Update accurate roll off the information of the resources.

16. Anticipate and plan resources for future demands as per the Business pipeline.

17. Actively contribute to improving and bringing innovation to the talent management.
