About the role:

32nd is known for its one-of-a-kind synergistic real estate, premium luxury homegrown fashion brands, young disruptive F&B outlets and innovative tech ventures. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The Sales Strategist will collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyse market trends, and implement effective strategies to maximize property sales. The candidate will enjoy a high level of exposure and potential to grow into a much larger role in the company, while being a part of a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive research on key real estate micro-markets including demand-supply analysis, prevailing sales prices along with competitor benchmarking, sales traction of ongoing projects in the vicinity and key market drivers such as infrastructure development, regulatory changes etc.

- Develop and execute a Global Sales Strategy by working with Sales Leadership including owning and driving key initiatives and projects.

- Assist with annual planning with Sales Leadership and key leaders.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with overall sales objectives.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to build strong relationships.

- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of market conditions and trends in the industry.

- Develop and manage executive reporting on key metrics, formulate actionable insights and structure a concise, clear presentation of findings and prioritize issues as appropriate.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats and make data-driven decisions to refine and enhance our premium home fixtures & furnishing product offerings.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for technology driven home automation solutions, aligning with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in strategic roles preferably in real estate domain.

- Demonstrate ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

- Should be capable of working independently and manage stakeholder relationships.
