Program Manager

Job Role :

- We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic, and zealous individual who will work closely with the top-level leadership to understand the grass-root level details that are a part of the realm of entrepreneurship. The individual will work directly with the Leadership of the organization.

- Shadowing the stakeholders and entrenching in the everyday management of the schedule along with cognitive prioritization of engagements will be a major piece of the key responsibilities for the individual in this capacity.

- This exciting role requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, superior organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, and professionalism in dealing with internal and external stake holders is vital to the position.

- The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the complete context.

Responsibilities :

- Manage high impact projects directly supporting the Leadership

- Evaluating business opportunities, deal structuring, contract negotiations after calibration with Leadership Team

- Monitoring operations for select verticals

- Coordinate with the top-level leadership for tracking the progress on the current focus areas/processes

- Plan and strategize the daily tasks/engagements/meetings for the senior management

- Discern the priorities as per the current business goals and act as a placeholder for the senior management

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team for managing schedules, appointments, information and communication

- Undertake special assignments with established objectives and deliverables to be solved in a given time frame

- Research, prioritize and follow up on issues and concerns

Requirements :

- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

- Sharp and Intelligent

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the role of an Executive Assistant or a similar position

- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a pertinent field

- Excellent MS Office knowledge

- Outstanding organizational, stakeholder management and time management skills

- Eye for detail

- Regard to discretion and confidentiality

- Resilient and able to function under demanding circumstances

- Strong analytical skills and ability
