7) Conducting Reference check.

8) Maintaining Recruitment database.

9) Sourcing through Headhunting, Mapping.

10) Follow up with the candidate till the date of joining.

11) Handling Recruitment tracker.

12) Making MIS according to the Management and HOD'S.
