What You'll Be Doing

The Customer Acquisition Specialist will plan, execute and optimize 24x7fresh.in online marketing strategy. You will use all the tools in your established tool belt including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, mobile media, retargeting and be responsible for a sizable portion of our traffic and revenue on all platforms. This role is perfect for someone possessing a love of data analysis and an eye for optimizing cross-channel performance.

- Responsible for strategy and execution for each online marketing channel (SEO, SEM, social, display advertising) including strategy, forecasting, optimization and expansion

- Launch and manage SEO, SEM and social advertising initiatives including campaigns, targeting, retargeting, on-site optimizations, keyword analysis, lead generation, link-building, site auditing and competitive analysis

- Perform rigorous A/B testing to optimize conversions and understand the drivers of our digital marketing impact

- Own holistic, cross-channel campaign reporting. Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics for continual improvement and sharing with the broader team. Evaluate and improve CPA, CTR, Quality Score, CPC

- Mine campaign performance and customer database for insights to inform customer segmentation and future marketing and growth strategy

- Ultimately accountable for delivering projected customer growth, at projected cost per customer acquired

What You Should Already Have

- 5+ years of experience in online marketing

- Experience with SEM - evaluating and improving CPA, CTR, Quality Score, CPC

- Experience with SEO - optimizing pages, delivering improved organic rankings, improving on/off-site content and brand

- Experience with social media advertising, optimization, targeting

- Experience with data analytics, exposure to SQL desired

- Start up experience, ability to handle dynamic and multiple priorities in a high growth environment with little supervision

- Self-starter, solution and detail oriented and focused on execution

- Able to multi-task, prioritize, set/meet aggressive deadlines and problem solve

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong decision-making, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

- Collaborative, humble, team-oriented

- Bachelor's degree required;or equivalent related experience, MBA a plus
