We build and manage a suite of SaaS applications, all running on our Predictive Experience Platform - to drive customer service and sales outcomes across the web, social, mobile, and voice channels. Simply stated, we- re using predictive analytics and big data to improve customer service and increase sales for our customers. We work with large enterprises like American Express, Capital One, and Optus to increase conversions, reduce the cost of service and sales, and dramatically improve the customer service and sales experiences they provide

Brief Description :

24]7 is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to build out the next generation of computation platform and data applications that provide awesome customer experiences. This includes responsibility for development initiatives for our computation platform and support of our analytics product lines.

Do you feel delighted and passionate about a strong product- Then here are the areas you- ll be ultimately responsible for :

- Write detailed and Agile product requirements documents and ensure clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability, and development teams

- Adopt the role as a scrum based Product Owner and partner closely with development team and team lead

- Understand competitive landscape from standpoint of strategy and functional capabilities

- Monitor and maintain the ongoing customer acceptance and satisfaction of products

- Close collaboration with marketing, sales, services and engineering managers

- Serve as the subject matter expert for the products and features and acts as a product evangelist to build internal awareness across the organization

- Develop, maintain, and communicate the vision of product

- Present strategy, vision, and plans to senior management, key stakeholders and customers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of product management experience with an overall experience of 12+ years.

- Actionable insight on the problems that large enterprises are trying to solve related to Customer Experience and the technical depth to understand the merits of approaches for solving them

- Product Marketing or UX background in addition to Product Management desired

- Proven track record of launching and managing Enterprise SaaS applications in a multi-site global organization that leverages a hybrid agile development methodology

- Strong, written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to - win friends and influence people- at executive levels

- Strong personal charisma and vision for the future

- Sense of urgency and passion for winning.

- Experience with Big Data (Hive, HDFS, AVRO, Cassandra, Spark, Kafka), understands the concepts and technology ecosystem around batch processing in Hadoop, a plus.
