Job Responsibilities :
- Formulate retention strategies and help retain talent
- Track performance of employees and manage the performance improvement program
- Conduct one-on-one and skip levels with the employees and supervisors, upto Manager level
- Evaluate EWS analysis reports and work with the process heads to develop employee retention strategies
- Conduct Annual Talent Review process for employees, and actively involve in their assessments
- Conduct quarterly ESAT surveys and develop action plans for improvement areas and sustain strengths
- Responsible for Auditing & maintaining all HR Processes & Policies and to ensure that the policies are amended on timely basis
- Present monthly dashboards related to Attrition analysis, EWS and Grievance management
- Organize fun activities and encourage participation of employees
- Organize Org wide fun/ team building activities and encourage participation of employees
- Escalation SPOC for all the escalations from employees with reference to payroll, HR Operations and Admin Facilities
- Researches issues and develops recommendations to resolve issues
- Conduct Exit Interviews
- Drive the Anti-Harassment Program
- Presenting monthly performance related data to the reporting authority
- Mentor, Coach and develop team members
- Nominate team members for training to enhance their skills and perform better
- Monitor team's performance and provide feedback; put employees on Improvement plan, when necessary
