Statement of purpose  - To ensure that the Programs/ KSPs are compliant to the defined requirement of the client & the 24/7 QMS  - To ensure continual improvements on the identified critical metrics of all programs using Six Sigma / Process improvement methodologies  Summary of essential job functions  - To ensure that the Programs/ KSPs are compliant to defined requirement of the client & the 24/7 QMS through:  a. Development of Performance barometers for each program/ KSP  b. Establishing a QMS for every program / KSP  c. Establish an EWS mechanism for critical metrics across the organization  d. Conducting quarterly audits, establish criticality of findings, follow up to closure on findings  e. Continual improvement thru various projects like Six Sigma or Lean projects  Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience)  - Degree/Diploma in any subject  - Six Sigma Green Belt certified  - ISO Internal Auditor certified  - Minimum 8 years experience out of which at least 4 years in Quality  - Minimum 4 improvement projects completed  - Internal audits conducted : 2 cycles in any organization  Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral]  - Good analytical skills  - Good at MS Office, particularly Excel and powerpoint  - Working knowledge of Minitab  - Ability to manage cross functional teams  - Ability to identify automation opportunities  - Logical thinking  - Ability to interact across levels and departments to be able to facilitate projects  - In depth understanding of SLA / Metrics across verticals / support functions  - Ability to establish measurable improvements across activities   - Ability to train on all Quality related trainings   Job Responsibilities: QMS  Establish for every Program / Department:  - QMS   - Measurable metrics  - Quality Assurance Plans   - Audit frequency / Frequency / Method  - Identifying gaps in the process and effective closure   - Identifying automation opportunities / Lean implementation opportunities
