With 6 to 8 years of extensive experience in recruiting in BPO organizations
Shift Timings (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm)
- Exp in Mid & Senior level Hiring - Mandate. (BPO/KPO industry)
- Well versed in handling Job Boards, social media search and candidate referencing
- Ownership of candidate experience - managing hiring resources appropriately to create great candidate experience
- Partner with the stakeholders (local as well as global) to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines and deliver superior customer experience
- Ensure 100% compliance with the documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Involved in day to day coordination of recruitment activities
- Maintaining various databases and MIS.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- Should have been in the relevant profile for at least 6-8 years with experience of handling positions across levels and functions.
- Proven execution focus on achieving targets within TAT.
- Adaptable to various changes in policies, procedures, and management styles and business direction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, objectives and deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Be flexible with schedule based on business needs.

- Interest and aptitude to change the status quo rather than only maintaining the status quo
- Leadership skills to be able to establish oneself as the strongest voice & respected leader within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.
