The lead will be an integral part of the team and an independent owner of all hiring across the fund, venture studio, and companies we incubate. Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for lateral and leadership hiring in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment solutions. Sourcing and Attraction: Oversee sourcing strategies, which may include direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top-notch candidates for lateral and leadership roles. Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide the assessment process to identify candidates with the right skills and culture. Requirements: - Proven work experience of minimum of 4 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role - Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or similar - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Adept at all channels of hiring - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
