Required Education: Any Science Graduate + MBA in Marketing and Sales
Experience : 6 to 10 years, Pharma or Healthcare Industry experience is preferred.
Key Relationships : Closely work with Department such as Bedside care, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Marketing.
External: B2B Customers like Hospitals, Healthcare Companies, Pharma Companies, Insurance Companies, and Apartments & Corporates.
Main Role :
- Generate B2B sales leads across Bangalore and Mysore, Product & Pricing Management.
- Business Development, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Proposals, Vendor Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Planning, Generating, Monitoring and Controlling the sales activities through all channel.
- Identifies, qualifies and close new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals through one's own initiative.
- Develops and implements action plans to increase customer base, volume and market presence. Control product pricing.
- Responsible for B2B Sales. Includes Camps, Infusions, Equipment, and Wound Care Management etc.
- Develop pricing models and ensure a consistent approach across Healthcare.
