Role :   - Be overall in charge of all new revenues (not renewals, which is under the next function).  - Will plan & execute all marketing & sales plans, product mix, channel sales, institutional tie-ups, tie-ups with International players etc.  - Set up & Manage the Sales Team who will execute the above across geographies.  - Need to deliver 100% growth, y-on-y.  Profile :   - Has had a prior experience in services sales of about 6-10 years, with 3-4 years in managing at least a regional team.  - Preferably a lady, MBA from decent institutes. Prior experience in dealing with HR function may help. But most importantly has experience of setting up & managing a crack sales team, sales process & a winning attitude.
