We are building a dedicated insurance vertical under diagnostics and need someone to lead this vertical: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Dealing with insurance companies, phlebo service provider, diagnostics tech team and various radiology/pathology labs to service the insurance company for AHC / PPC etc. - The person will be responsible for various operational metrics that are to be managed. - Must have good understanding of the AHC / PPC process flows - Effectively communicating across internal teams to help maintain seamless flow of expectations and deliverables - Fostering conducive culture, keeping the teams highly motivated & in the best spirit of performance MUST HAVE: - Relevant work experience of managing and scaling a project. - Passion to grow fast in a hustle mode (Always ON) - Excellent people skills with experience in managing and leading teams - Strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and ensure that tasks lead to completion stakeholders are updated - Good business judgment, prioritization, focus, and ability to multi-task while working in a highly charged environment - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
