Job Description : - Co-own Financial goals of 1mg Diagnostics division with the Business team - 1mg is expanding rapidly to achieve its mission of affordable, understandable healthcare for all. We are looking to hire leaders to be a part of this mission in key roles. - These roles will be in needle moving projects transforming the healthcare industry. Working closely with 1 mg's leadership you will have hands on insight on key aspects of running a business - This role requires to work closely with the leadership and the Business team to structure the Financial metrics to track for the business, building a Black box and White box view for the same. - Defining and implementing SOPs for all financial processes, maintaining financial hygiene and acting as the key link between the Business & Finance team. - The role involves realizing board level financial agenda for the Diagnostics division of the company with a high level of ownership. Typical project will involve achieving board level targets as the goal, e.g. Profitability, gross-margin improvements, etc.
