Key Responsibilities: - Own and maintain the process of business reporting of KPIs of teams across the organisation. - Lead a team of analysts in a fast paced start up environment and ensure aggressive time lines are adhered. - Ensure data harmonization and examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders across the organization. Essential Skills: - Experience in handling a team. - Strong business acumen, strong inter-personal skills and ability to efficiently interact and work with senior management. - Strong problem solving, quantitative, analytical abilities coupled with good communication, collaboration and delegation skills. - Knowledge of SQL / other query languages is a must. Good to have skills: - Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes. - Experience with data exploration tools like: Tableau, Google analytics. - Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources. - Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
