Digital Marketing for 1MG is a very critical role as it involves driving transaction and user growth for the platform across pharmacy, labs and doctor consultation.

Preference will be given to the candidates from Tier 1/ 2 B-Schools and relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Marketing managers leading individual marketing channels namely SEO, AdWords, CRM, Affiliates.

- 1MG's mobile app is most downloaded and used app across Healthcare. Leading the new user growth for app not just limited to paid channels but through organic channels like mobile site, App Store Optimization (ASO).

- Manage the user engagement campaigns to drive better retention for both app and web

- Marketing Automation to drive better results on all campaigns including user onboarding, retention, funnel drop-offs, churned users etc.

- Work closely with product and engineering to build new avenues for growth.

- Being aware of all the happenings in the industry like Progressive web app, Instant apps, Dynamic Remarketing.

- Leading the cross-sell efforts across the 3 lines of businesses Pharmacy, Labs and Doctor Consults

- Constantly optimizing the campaigns to deliver better ROI on marketing spends.
