Description /Responsibility : - Candidate will be responsible for sourcing products at Labs and Collection Service - Candidate should have Prior work experience in Sourcing and Purchase for minimum of 5-8 years. Should have managed multi-cities/national level purchase operations. - Communication and interpersonal skills are highly essential as this role will require Liaising with internal and external stake holders. A go getter with analytical mindset. KPI- s - Responsible for sourcing of products for 1MG Labs and Collection services - Ensuring 100% availability of product and solving stockout issues - Improving DOS and margins - Planning &amp; Implementing Purchase strategy - Coordinating with cross functional stake holders and ensuring deliverable. Basic Requirements: - Postgraduate/Graduate - Minimum 5-8 Years of work experience in any of reputed Lab Chain - Good verbal/Written communication skills. - Proficient in excel and data digging abilities. - Should have prior experience of handling a team - Ready to Travel (if needed)
