Job Description Position - Manager Job Role - Category Management Location - 1mg HQ, Gurgaon Roles &amp; Responsibilities: This is a high ownership role that will involve managing P&amp;L and growth of two high impact categories. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quarterly and annual plans for category growth - Jointly drive product and marketing projects for category growth with cross-functional teams - Coordinate with Planning and Procurement teams to drive selection and in-stock targets - Manage the effective setup of promotions and offers, and assist with price changes - A key liaison across the Digital and IT function, identifying and logging site related issues, taking ownership and nurturing tickets through to resolution - Build processes to ensure platform content is always accurate and compliant The candidate should have: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in B2C Growth role, ideally in Category Management, Merchandising or P&amp;L management - Proven track record of scaling business at an internet company/start-up - Prior experience with healthcare-related categories and brands - Excellent analytical skills, must be comfortable with MS Office
