1. To run a profitable distribution business and profitably grow trade sales. The candidate will have to get distributorship of New Pharma companies and also work on reducing cost of operations. 2. To service the orders to 1MG affiliate stores as per the agreed TAT. Service of orders is most critical part of distributor business. He will have to ensure with his team to deliver all orders on time. Establish time for receiving orders, pick up and then timely delivery. 3. Increase # of outlets servicing, increase range of products, reduce cost of operations, manage working capital. There are currently 700 active outlets. To further increase this by either entering new areas or servicing large outlets. 4. To ensure that no slow moving or obsolete stock is generated in the system. 5. To keep the team motivated. 6. To build relationship with the Pharma companies as being their preferred partner.
