He / she will : - Own the complete P&amp;L responsibility for the city across all business lines of 1mg - Drive-up growth and take suitable city-specific and hyperlocal marketing/growth activities - Improve customer engagement, delight and retention - Maintain and grow city profitability - Ensure smooth and efficient operations - Mentor and lead the city team to drive outcomes - Be the face of 1mg for all stakeholders in the city This is a high visibility and critical role - Delhi NCR is the 1mg's largest market and has an immense business opportunity, waiting to be tapped and curated into a multiplier growth in the next 6-12 months.
