- At 1mg product management is all about leveraging technology and provide our users the best experience possible. The right candidate would:

- Have demonstrated product management experience in a prior job.

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement.

- Work closely with business, operations, process, design, engineering, project management, marketing and other key stakeholders to prioritize, develop and deliver products, in an agile environment.

- Have worked either directly on a consumer internet product that reaches a large audience or has experience managing a complex enterprise product.

- Be able to demonstrate user experience hygiene and lead product evolution from a user experience standpoint.

- Be able to build a deep understanding of the market needs and develop short and long-term strategies in line with company's mission.

- Have an ability to build consensus and drive the team in a focused direction.

- Be very data driven and use data to support decisions and define and analyse metrics that measure the success of products.

- Mentor Product Managers and Senior Product Managers & contribute to hiring and building a strong team.

MUST HAVE:

- Proven work experience in product management.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
