RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Associate Vice President, Droplet would be responsible for handling the P&amp;L of the Droplet business and would be a de-facto CEO. - Will be managing operations for the company handling a team of apx. 500 people spread across the country. - Effectively communicating across internal teams to help maintain seamless operations on a day-to-day basis. - Managing the operations team with a clear focus on daily deliverables including turn- around time is maintained. - Implement effective strategies to ensure focus on compliance and keeping error rates minimum. - He/She would be responsible for handling the B2B relations of Droplet, ensure satisfaction and articulate competitive positioning - He/She will be actively involved in all Board level meetings and presenting business expansion plans and vision to the board. - He/She would have to handle operations / HR/Product management. - Should possess strong analytical skills. - Should possess strong strategic thinking. - Business Expansion across the geographies and work towards continuous improvement. - Experience handling teams and prior P&amp;L experience is preferred. - Fostering conducive culture, keeping the teams highly motivated &amp; in the best spirit of performance MUST HAVE: - Relevant work experience of managing scalable operations. - Passion to grow fast in a hustle mode (Always ON) - Excellent people skills with experience in managing and leading teams - Strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and ensure that tasks lead to completion stakeholders are updated - Good business judgment, prioritization, focus, and ability to multi-task while working in a highly charged environment - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines - Should be comfortable in working in shifts and on weekends
