Job Description: - CA Rank Holder / MBA Finance from Tier 1 Business Schools (IIM/ISB) - 8-10 years experience in finance with experience in FP&A role a must - Establish and run a regular review process of financial metrics vs targets and business levers driving various line items in the P&L / BS - Variance analysis for key KPIs and identification of areas for improvement at a granular level - Working closely with the business and operational teams on target setting and projections - In depth understanding of on-ground business processes driving financial performance - Compiling and responding to investor queries related to business / financial performance
