- CA / MBA Finance from top business schools - 1-4 years experience in finance with some experience in FP&A role preferred - Establish and run a regular review process of financial metrics vs targets and business levers driving various line items in the P&L / BS - Variance analysis for key KPIs and identification of areas for improvement at a granular level - Working closely with the business and operational teams on target setting and projections - In depth understanding of on-ground business processes driving financial performance - Compiling and responding to investor queries related to business / financial performance
