Key responsibilities :
- Ensure timely conclusion of contracts and delivery/ supply of items
- Collate requirements from various projects/ stakeholders to achieve economies of scale
- Ensure rate contracts are available for maximum Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items
- Ensure drafting and adherence to various contractual terms and conditions
- Project coordination and managing project interdependencies
- Keeping a track of budget and timelines Inter-project resource management
- Stakeholder communications, negotiations and problem-solving

Eligibility criteria :
- Graduation or post-graduation in relevant fields
- Prior experience in Procurement/ Purchasing roles (min 05 years)
- Skilled at market research and cost analysis
- Excellent negotiator and influencer Outstanding planning, resource and stakeholder management
- Desirable - hands on experience in online procurement tools/ applications
