Regional Sales Manager
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenues to gain share of wallet of end consumers in all channels and locations. You will lead the sales to deliver revenue budgets, expansion and channel Partner Management.
- Handling overall Revenue 100+ Retail Stores and leading a team of ASM,TSM, BDM.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Strong believer of and extensive experience in operations management and Consultative Selling
- Lead cross-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalable. Work collaboratively across teams - including Business Development, Network planning, Supply, Operations Marketing
- Liaise with relevant external stakeholders and build partnerships to improve new market opportunities
- Use analytical data and market insights, combined with your business sense, to drive growth
- Develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward
Skills Required:
- An MBA from a Top B school with 3-5 years total experience in the FMCG/FMCD industry.
- Only Female candidates preferred
- Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them, Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
