Regional Manager/Cluster Head - Sales Preference- IIM's, IIT's, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, MDI, NMIMS, NITIE, NIT, IIFT.
About the role :
- Handling overall Revenue of 250+ Retail Stores and leading 10-15 City.
- Heads with 8-10 ASMs & 40+ TSMs.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Strong believer of and extensive experience in operations management and Consultative Selling.
- Lead cross-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalable.
Preference : Tier-1/Tier2 Colleges
Skills and Qualifications :
- The person must have strong Sales and Account management experience and should have demonstrated ability to build strong executive connect.
- Prior experience exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, motivation for business building, and working collaboratively with other functional teams.
- An MBA from a Top B school with 3-5 years total experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a direct sales role wherein the person has anchored a regional B2C Sales team.
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
