Payroll Lead
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Finance side Payroll Processing (On roll/off roll employees)
- Reimbursement Processing
- Employee taxation
- Labour law compliance checking and assurance
- Create, manage, and provide reporting for operational analysis, trending, audit, and special projects
- Monitor and assist in the resolution of escalated payroll issues and inquiries from internal customers and agencies
- Continuous education and development to remain knowledgeable on current payroll rules and regulations
- Adhere to compliance and control protocol as defined by organization key control frame work
- Payroll processing experience in ZingHR or other HRMS human resources function
Skills required :
- Any Graduate/MBA
- Knowledge in Statutory and Legal Compliance (EPF, ESIC), Compensation & Benefits
- Knowledge in Advance Excel.
