KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Create and maintain demand plan from statistical forecast through confirmation. - Maintain and handle product history, accurate forecasting and promotional demand. - Create and optimize Planning Engine to cater exponential incremental demand - Maintain data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters. - Lead consensus demand planning process through integrated business planning process, contributing to demand planning metrics targets and coordination with category and Sales teams. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : - Master's degree in business management (Preferably in Supply chain Management) - Minimum of two years of related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Three year of demand planning experience KEY BEHAVIORS : - Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, focusing on continuous improvement. - Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. - Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES TO BE GAINED : - Experience in working with fast hyper-competitive, agile business environment & conversant with nuances of CPG / FMCG/ Food industry - Excellent communication and ability to work with divert stakeholders - Experience coaching or training lower-level staff. - Experience conducting complex demand planning activities. - Advanced Excel skills are a must.
