Responsibilities: - Be a champion for the consumer and generate qualitative insights to influence product strategy, product positioning, and product launch strategy. - Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive consumer awareness and adoption and brand activation - Work effectively with and consistently influence company leadership and cross-functional teams, including Marketing Research & Analytics, Media Buying, and Creative - Successfully manage a budget to drive impact and ROI through marketing programs - Lead the journey from brief development to consumer research/data analysis towards insights. - Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing & product decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations - Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests - Work closely with marketing data management colleagues and research suppliers to develop and operationalize dashboards. - Become a lead for consumer tracking covering a variety of topics brand health, advertising measurement, product development, consumer attitudes and usage, and client engagement, UI/UX.
