Role Description
This is a full-time on-site leadership role for a Client Servicing, E-commerce position located in Gurugram. As a Client Servicing expert, you will provide client support, collaboration, and coordination to ensure successful customer onboard and growth. You will assist in managing those customer accounts in collaboration with analysts from 1digitalstack.ai. Also, you will be responsible for developing exceptional relationships with clients, creating accurate insights, and aligning them with our technology to optimize their e-commerce sales on different platforms.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience with e-commerce, either in Retail or in e-marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, etc.
- Must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams in a clear, friendly, and empathic manner.
- Excellent data analysis skills will help us unearth actionable insights for our clients from their data and ours.
- Sharp attention to detail - Ability to ensure the accuracy of both input and output data is a key part of how we deliver success for our clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Google Sheets and Presentations is essential.
- Ability to develop and document workflows and procedures.
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
