1DS works with large enterprise consumer brands including the likes of HP, Unilever, Philips, Kohler, Sennheiser, Marico, Dabur, Nivea and many others to solve for brand growth challenges. Our clients are spread all over the world and most of our business comes from Europe and SouthEast Asia. Over time, we have developed complex mathematical algorithms as well as automation to help our clients run their business in the most capital efficient way. These include digital shelf solutions (for key 4P decisions) as well as media automation. As we expand further globally, we are looking for a Client Success Manager. To us, CSM is a leadership position with independent handling of complex client challenges, as well as managing a team of account managers as well.

1DS is a client obsessed company and is looking for a candidate to drive the following:

1. Working with large Fortune 500 clients to understand business ambition and challenges

2. Convert those ambition and challenges into meaningful data questions

3. Providing clients with actionable insights for helping clients in their business

Skills required :

1. Working knowledge of ecommerce working with/for large brands, marketplaces commerce is an added advantage

2. We are a data-first company and experience with analytics and use of data for problem solving is a big plus

3. Experience in client facing role

4. Person is required to handle a team of 6-8 client account managers, and prior experience in team handling is great

5. Last but not least, extreme ownership of client business
