Hence, we are looking for 1-2 Business Analysts (BAs) and one Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to join our team. Someone who is driven by data, enjoys working on complex data sets to help clients solve diverse real-world problems and drive business performance, navigate risk, and develop pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

- Develop strong understanding of processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa and to be able to thought partner with clients to provide suitable recommendations to solve challenging business operations issues

- Define operational models for our clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities

- Lead major process enablement and transformation initiatives

- Manage and influence stakeholders across product/ business, tech and design teams to produce high-quality results

- Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic, project management and business storytelling skills

- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships

- Participate in business and strategy development

- Conceptual thinking and ability to find innovative ways to solve analytical problems

- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

- Automate data templates and reports

Desired Profile:

Experience: 1-2 yr (BAs), 2-4 yr (Sr. BA)

- B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree from reputed institute(s)

- Good Analytical skills. Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into the analytical framework

- Good business acumen with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights

- 2-3 Technical skills of the following along with the passion to learn: Advanced Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Python, Generative AI (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working in a client-facing role is a plus point.
