10times - Team Lead - US Sales Calling Process

10Times is looking for an ambitious and aggressive Team Lead (TL) for a US business development calling process. The TL will play a key role in building, training and driving results with a team of SDR. The ideal candidate would have experience in working in both the US market and call-center setup or large team focused on calling.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsible for training & managing team in order to achieve target for client onboarding and generating SQL (sales qualified leads).

- Hire & Train SDR's for the US market

- Research, manage and assign data for prospecting

- Track team performance and address concerns

- Ensure hygiene is daily/weekly reporting

- Coordinate with business development (AM's) team to ensure process adherence

REQUIREMENT:

- Extensive hands-on experience working in US shift

- Strong ethical bias and ability to build and implement process

- 3+ years of experience in international business development preferably in US

- Market knowledge and sales skills to acquire customers.

- Experience in building and handling a team

- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical and problem-solving
