10times - Product Manager

10Times is on a mission to Connect Humans in order to drive global economic growth and prosperity. We are looking for a Sr. Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building products and has a burning desire to solve difficult problems.. He/She will take ownership of one of our products, work with the engineering team to drive development and growth of the product.

Responsibilities:

- Research market trends, identify customer patterns and gather user feedback

- Align engineering and product teams behind common goals

- Work directly with engineering to develop and deliver product features & solutions

- Make decisions on which features to add or revise for new product version

- Conduct beta tests and determine potential product issues and necessary fixes

- Work with product, engineering & design teams to drive product roadmap

Requirements:

- Background in software development, engineering or another technical role is required

- Knowledge of project management and related tools is needed

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field

- At least two years of experience in a technical position (Node js and React is preferred)

- At least one year of experience in a leadership role is highly preferable

- Ability to balance product development and design-specific responsibilities

- Experience building a data-centric product is a plus
