The Opportunity :

10Times is seeking a passionate client success manager to deliver a world-class service experience, campaign execution and team management. The primary focus of the role is building and managing team of client service and support managers and ensuring smooth execution of client campaigns. The key metrics is client retention and account growth.

Key tasks :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers

- Manage team and build process to improve service delivery

- Track key metrics and ensure account retention & growth

- Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

- Proactively monitor customer account health

- Serve as a product expert on use cases and address escalations

- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in client servicing or similar role, preferably at a technology company

- Experience with technology product is required (software focused clients)

- Track record of building trusted relationships with key stakeholders

- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver client service

- Ability to handle escalations and provide timely resolution

- Strong knack for building process and automation

- Commitment to continuous learning, growth, and development

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
