10times - Founder's Office Role - Strategy & Operations

About the role:

You will work directly with the CEO and dive into problems across different departments. Cross-functional at the core, the role would be a mix of strategic thinking, finding solutions and fire fighting. You would work on various projects & problems, such as but not limited to:

- Operational - Identifying pressing problems/bottlenecks and setting process to address them

- Research - identify strategic partnerships opportunity and do the ice-breaker

- Strategic - Assist with investor outreach and presentation, as and when needed

- Team-Building - identify ways for team building, culture and assist with strategic hiring

Who you are :

- First principles thinker with a strong "bias-for-action"

- Strong work ethic and team-building skills

- Thrive in stressful situations (get a high from solving complex challenges)

- Multi-tasker with ability to identify and prioritize the most important fire

- Good communicator - verbal & written

- Extremely reliable (critical for building trust)

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience (tech startup preferred)

- Operationally-focused and execution-oriented; uses insights & data to make decisions

- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change

- High level of curiosity + direct communicator + keen observer

- Preferable: if an ex-founder or have worked as a generalist in early stage startups
