Description : The Growth Manager at SHOPX would be responsible for end to end growth management in the assigned vertical. Responsibilities : The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to : - Understand the various aspects of the business using relevant tools and recommend practical solutions for driving the business. - Convert the insights to sustainable actions that can increase the overall growth of the company. - Act as a bridge between technology and the market end-user and recommend improvements. - Strategize and meet growth targets set &amp; agreed - Work closely with the Retail/ Wholesale/ Service Partners to maximize growth. - Work closely with channel team members in the execution of strategy for their channels - Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances - Review and undertake market and competitor reviews with in-depth customer research. - Supervise efficient working of all phases of growth projects, prepare all promotional materials and manage all communication to promote the product effectively in the market Requirements : - A very strong customer focus - Strong Analytical Skills - Intense outcome-focused mindset - Framework driven execution and high organization skills - The ability to get things done in a high-performance organization - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent understanding of the target market mix - Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
