- Overall responsibility of strategy, execution & analytics of the Offroll Manpower vertical across all functions of the organization - Handle the planning and execution for off roll manpower planning, recruitment, vendor management, attendance & payroll processing, performance management, compliance, and contract legalities. - Handle and assist the admin function to ensure all facilities and contracts pertaining to the facilities are in order - Prioritize the position requirements and effectively manage and achieve expected TAT via internal sources, vendors and other channels of sourcing - Strong analytical background who can understand the various aspects of the vertical using relevant tools, and recommend practical solutions for driving the objectives. - Develop mechanisms & convert the insights into sustainable actions that can increase the overall organizational development. - Research and onboard vendors for programs based on an analytical approach and ensure maximum productivity& cost efficiency. - Liaise internally with various teams and functions
