TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You can only participate in the case competition with a single Email ID. A participant using multiple Email IDs to participate in the competition will be disqualified.
2. The competition will be a policy drafting challenge, any student using unfair means will be disqualified.
3. The competition is only open to LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) and LL.M. students across all years, currently studying at the law schools listed below. Law school alumnus are not permitted in this competition.

4. iimjobs.com reserves the right to ask for identity proof at any stage during the case competition or before cash reward disbursal. In the event of any anomaly the prize money will not be disbursed.
5. The policy drafting competition will be held in one single round.
6. The top 10 winners would be awarded cash rewards basis the below breakup
   • Winner: INR 1,00,000
   • Runners Up: INR 75,000
   • Second Runners Up: INR 50,000
   • 4^th - 10^th Rank: INR 25,000 Each
7. The cash reward will be disbursed within 60 days of the results being announced.
8. iimjobs.com reserves the right to use the winner's names and images for purposes of publication on print and online media.
9. iimjobs.com is not responsible for any errors arising due to omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; has a right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the challenge at its sole discretion and disqualify anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
10. Cash reward is non-transferable.
11. Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid confusions, in case of discretionary decisions, those taken by the organizers will be final and binding.
12. iimjobs.com shall have the right to modify the format and prize at any time. Any changes will be notified beforehand on the case competition information page.
13. If you encounter any problem during the case competition, you can write to us at xclause@iimjobs.com.
14. You acknowledge that you have submitted your entry voluntarily.
15. iimjobs.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, does not comply with the stated rules, or is suspected of any unfair practice.
16. By registering for the competition, participants consent to receive communication from iimjobs.com regarding the competition and other related marketing/promotional content.
