Recognized as a LEADER in the Gartner MQ for three consecutive years (2013, 2014 and 2015) in a market full of consolidations, we are the only company to stand out and emerge as the option to ERP players having a full suite of solutions for the procurement space.   Check us out on www.zycus.com.  The incumbent will report into Director of Pre Sales in US & will be :  - Responsible for providing Presales support to the US region  - Responsible for all facets of the bid management process; including, assigning resources to opportunities, ascertaining technical fit/assessment, ensuring accurate, timely completion of proposals, conduction periodic quality audits, and collaborating with sales to drive proposal strategy  - Collaborate with sales and Pre -Sales leadership to incrementally improve proposal quality  - Personally (and in collaboration with direct reports) conduct quality product demonstrations for US based opportunities   - Responsible for compilation (in collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and delivery) of collateral to support the sales process; examples include, post-demo follow-up questions, technical documentation, industry-specific collateral, roadmaps, etc.  - Handle technical objections (verbally and in writing) during product evaluation by customers  - Engage with prospects for relationship building throughout the sales cycle  - Responsible for managing the pilots team to ensure development and delivery of high quality demo content to support demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops   - Ensure inside presales awareness of new features, enhancements, product roadmaps, customer stories, case studies, etc.  - Responsible for compliance to internal processes supporting Zycus Presales best practices and for providing timely reports to the Director of Presales. Develop appropriate metrics and MBOs for the team and manage to these metric. Also look for areas of continuous improvement of processes and policies, and drive those changes as agreed to.  - Available for occasional travel to the US to support sales efforts  - Coordinate with other departments and ensure resources are pulled in as needed, manage technical meetings and ensure adequate coverage, obtain required information from other departments, and ensure timely follow up from other departments when required.  SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  Must possess a minimum 8+ years of Pre-sales experience  At least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more pre-sales and delivery resources   US market experience is preferred  Strong Technical know-how with enterprise software applications  Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to US-based audiences  Competencies Desired:  Drive: A competent Manager-Pre-sales who is both personally and organizationally driven, setting standards for the team and who has that competitive edge to win, and the drive to set standards for performance and growth.
