Since then, we have grown everyday, and established as an organization which now is a leading global provider of complete Source-to-Pay suite of procurement performance solutions.  We develop cloud-based (SaaS) Source-to-Pay solutions for large global enterprises, and have successfully deployed about 200 solutions to over 1000 Global clients.  We are now present in India with 3 development centres at Bengaluru, Mumbai & Pune and offices in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Dubai.  The incumbent will report into the CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to support the culture, organizational development and performance management of the Zycus team.   He / She will :  - Manage Talent Management function & play a critical role in cascading new people philosophies and systems to India and achieving new organizational structure staffed with the appropriate talent at the right cost.   - Serve as Primary People point of contact for Zycus & drives the execution of all People topics, such as: learning & development; workforce planning; internal movements; communication and introduction of Zycus culture; engagement and, People Cycle.   - Integrate values, key performance indicators and desired corporate behaviors with business strategies to insure positive cultural attributes   - Drive People & Management pillar of Excellence programs   REQUIREMENTS  Candidate should have HR or business degree from a premium institute; advanced degree will be added advantage. International Exposure preferred.   - 12-15 years T&D experience/knowledge (i.e. Talent Development, Succession planning, diversity, performance management, compensation)   - Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
