Put strong emphasis on cost control, process improvement, payments and collections, MIS, statutory compliances and business finance.  - Act as a very close business partner to the Regional Leader and Commercial Leaders.  - Responsible for internal and external statutory reporting.  - Ensure strong internal control within department and all policies and procedures are in place.  - Responsible for the financial performance measurements globally.  - Lead a team of 10-15 professional across India.  REQUIREMENTS :  - Qualified CA with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience with a successful achievement-oriented track record.  - Exposure to PE / VC ecosystem or any other innovation intensive set-up would be advantageous.  - Excellent understanding of USGAAP, IGAAP and SOX is a must.  BENEFITS :  An opportunity to be a lead the entire function of a fast growing and exciting business with global footprint.
