Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe, and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations, and Business Technology.  The communications lead will be required to build the firm's brand equity in the Indian market by ensuring that the collective perception of both internal people and external potential talent matches with the reality of what the ZS brand stands for, its core values and propositions.  Responsibilities :  - Lead and execute an effective communication strategy for ZS in India to strengthen the ZS employer brand  - Develop an effective plan that focuses on external communication largely aimed at building a solid employer brand of choice in the market place through a combination of social media, traditional media, and PR  - Help design ideas, content and messaging for the right target groups through the right channels  - Manage internal communications channels such as the intranet, e-newsletter, employee meetings/training, executive email communications, employee apps, etc.;  - Provide internal communications support and counsel to leadership and internal business partners  - Ensure communication meets company goals and builds the ZS employee community  - Foster trust and strong relationships with key leaders to better support business strategies through effective internal communication vehicles  - Help ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels  - Be part of a global employee communications team. Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with the global team to ensure local efforts are consistent with global efforts   - Be viewed as a valuable member of a team who is supporting the culture of the firm, not simply as an execution arm  - Manage outside PR agency, as necessary.  Job Requirements :  - Minimum bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or related field; master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) preferred  - 10 to 15 years relevant work experience in multi-national professional services environment with demonstrated experience in the scope of this role  - Strong writing, editing, and verbal communications skills  - Demonstrated ability to evolve brands through external communication, employer brand and PR   - Strong stakeholder management   - Proven record in leading employee communications programs that have demonstrated results  - Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills  - Deep understanding of key channels.
