ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

ZS Associates' Business Consulting group delivers solutions to a broad spectrum of marketing and sales challenges. We also help our clients transform their marketing and sales organizations to implement these solutions. Our solutions and recommendations are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

Job Description:-

Business Associate Consultants create and deliver solutions for our clients and project teams. ACs leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve problems. In particular, Associate Consultants are often engaged in developing customer insight, applying problem-solving frameworks to client issues and supporting clients in change initiatives.

As a Business Associate Consultant, you will have opportunities in many areas, such as:

- Design qualitative and quantitative market research instruments (surveys, interviews, etc.)

- Design custom analysis in applications such as MS Excel or ZS proprietary software

- Integrate qualitative and quantitative information to create insight into client issues

- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions

- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams

- Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions

- Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables

- Take initiative to advance your problem solving skills and train others at ZS

- Mentor and coach associates

Qualifications:-

ZS welcomes candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees in any discipline. A very strong record of academic success is required, preferably including significant coursework in quantitative or research-based disciplines. Associate Consultants come from diverse academic backgrounds and may have degrees in Mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or other relevant degree from other fields, plus at least 3 years of work experience in quantitative data analysis or Market Research or Management Consulting type of projects. MBAs from premier institutes with at least 1-2 years of prior work experience will be considered.
