Position: Zonal Sales Training Manager-West (Leading MNC Pharma Company)
Role:
- Identify training needs of sales force in the zone
- Propose training programs
- Identify external partners for technical trainings and participate in the vendor assessment process
- Create a training calendar
- Coordinate logistics such as venue, material, dates and nominations for trainings
- Assess training impact, collect feedback and compile training evaluation scores
Requirements:
- 5-8 yrs of experience, ideally in sales training in the Pharma Industry, having had a Sales background
- Should have some sales experience and having been a people manager for at least a year
- Knowledge of training frameworks, selling skills frameworks and competency models
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of personality profile models
